Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective October 24, 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on shop.printer.expert with Printer.Expert, 20200 West Dixie Highway, #902, Aventura, Florida 33180 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Orders and prices
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price shown was clearly an error, or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
2. Payment
We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe, and checks where offered at checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us. Orders paid by check ship once the check has cleared.
3. Shipping
Orders usually ship within 2 business days of payment, by UPS or FedEx with tracking. Some products ship directly from our distributors. Delivery dates given by carriers are estimates. Please check your package on arrival and report any visible damage or missing items within 5 business days. See our Delivery page for details.
4. Returns
Contact us at service@printer.expert before returning anything, so we can give you a return authorization. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product was defective or we shipped the wrong item. Opened toner, ink and other consumables, installed parts and special-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
5. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where one is provided. If a product we sold you is defective, contact us and we will help with a replacement, repair or warranty claim. Apart from these warranties, and to the extent allowed by law, products are sold without other warranties.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost business or downtime.
7. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
